This last Thursday I decided to make the rounds of a few clubs and venues to 'drum' up some future gigs for my band. This is my 'hire us' attire... Hope I don't end up on the "Kilt Do's and Don't" thread... lol.

That's the Armstrong tartan. I wear it to gig a lot but lately the Wallace I have is seeing more stage time (it's red and adds to the visuals).
the kilt should get you a bit more attention that the average bloke... good luck!

Hi Randy, Just a quick note from a kilted bass player. I LOVE gigging in my kilt although my bandmates think I'm mad. But that being said, everytime I wear it on a gig, I get hit on. Imagine that, my fat a** getting hit on!
Good to see some more muso's in kilts. I play drum kit in one most shows. A little tricky sometimes to keep the bellow-the-belt stage show to a minimum at times But it's usually kept reasonably family. And Hunting Mac, nice work! It never hurts...
