Smile Party Pics on St. Pat's Day

I didn't win. Some big ol' drunk redneck with a cheap jailhouse tattoo and shamrock antennea won. He wasn't even a contest qualifier.
I still had a great time. My husband's family came and one of my old college mates showed up too. Some of our friends weren't able to come. Usually the rule at TJ Mulligan's is anyone under 21 has to leave at 9PM. Last night, they just weren't letting anyone under 21 in period. I guess it was cause there were so many people there. They had to set up a tent outside to hold the crowd. I was very dissapointed. But, my Uncle brought a flask of Glenmorangie and that made everything Otay Panky! (hee hee)
Anyways, here are some pics from the party.

Menace and I before the party. A security guard insisted on taking a pic.

    Nice pics Dirka
Celtic Menace still needs a sporran I see, it must be nice to be down there, it snowed on us up here.

I dont understand how a drunk redneck who wasn't even a finalist could win.

    Exclamation you DID win

I shot a few pictures, but none that I took could add to the ones Dirka posted.

Dirka, remember our agreement? I got 3rd!. That's the tanning package. We all agreed if anybody got the tanning package it went to you. CM & I don't get into that anyway.

It was so crowded & noisey I guess you did not reilize that. The fellow that won 1st had a lot of friends there yelling for him

But Dirka, you did not say what the contest was - only that you did not win!! Very nice photos by the way.

I went up to London on Saturday (St. Patrick's Day) but you would not have known that it was other than just an ordinary day - I saw nothing there that told the world that it was St. Paddy's day.

When I was in London on Tuesday I saw advertisements and road closure notices for a big St. Patrick's Day parade in London to be held today (Sunday). Looking at X-markers St. Pats pics tonight from all over the world, I'm wondering whether any of our English members made it to the parade in London.
