Pheasant waistcoat, tweed hacking jacket and a Chihuahua

I haven’t posted in a while but yesterday I got dressed up for Thanksgiving and had a few pics taken.
I found a vintage pheasant covered red waitcoat at a local antique shop that is the perfect addition to a tweedy look. I also won a tweed kilt cut hacking jacket on Ebay last year but haven’t worn it much lately.
Posing with me is Paco Dog-Diego El Guapo, my trusty highland canine (not).

I really like the waistcoat. I don`t know the definition of a hacking jacket, but it`s a nice one. You look great!

That's a classy-looking outfit - love the contrasting waistcoat. It looks good on you, too. Nobody can accuse you of being matchy-matchy. Thanks for sharing.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Sharp, indeed. Very classic look to that jacket and the vest carries on the theme.

I guess it might be more appropriately considered a shooting jacket. It has a ghillie collar with throat latch, short lapels, bellows pockets, full lining, a bi-swing back and a half belt. It's one of those once in a life time Ebay finds that only cost me around $40.00. The waistcoat was an even better deal at $17.00.
