Piccies updated
Dear Xmarks mates, I've posted for your viewing pleasure a couple of piccies.
1. a very poor photo taken by a friend at the recent celidh of me during my crowning moment of carrying the haggis (and me a vegetarian!!! the things I do!!)
2. a not-to-clever photo of my latest kilt from Rocky and Associates!
It's a poly-vis Philabeg in the Gunn Modern tartan. As always, a great fit and very comfortable.
It hugs the waist just where I like it and the length is good.
I'll get some better photos later, I need to borrow Hamish's photographer, his piccies always look so much better than mine even tho' my legs are as good as his

Graham,
I'm not going to argue with you, you do have a sharp object in your hand with one of the new pictures. You really do look sharp even without that sharp object

Most European countries have a variant of Haggis. In Sweden, for example, it is called "Polsa". My wife's family, who are Louisiana Cajuns and Nova Scotia Acadians, are addicted to Boudain Blanc, or white sausage which is almost a carbon copy of Haggis, save that it has rice instead of oats.
Haggis taste is unique, but delicious!
Cheers,
T.

I just carried it, but I ate the vegetarian haggis my wife made as an alternative. from all reports it was well received.
About 120 souls turned up for the event.

Graham,
Great photos as always.
I love the haggis shot.
So did you recite "Ode to the Haggis"?

No Nelson, you need a Scottish accent to do that! We had a man who does that well. I just carried the haggis in, and then out again.
