I mentioned in another thread how I was given a Pith helmet from X Markers walkerk and Madalyn as an early birthday present. Though I intend to put this to use at the coming Campbell Highland Games, I thought trying it out beforehand might be advisable. Basically I am just adding it to this outfit:

So with my new helmet and my A_Hay! sporran

Before Retro Red can say it

"With that sporrran I guess it was a Boar War uniform"

A couple of people thought that I was taking the eccentric General Orde Wingate as inspiration

I think it looks really smart Jamie! Very military-esque. You need an M1 Garand now.

I think a Webley revolver and a swagger stick would go better with the gin and tonics at the officers club.
