And here are a few from that site of Clann an Drumma at the Carolina Celtic Jam this weekend.

Ahh yes, Jamesie knows Banners to be one of my favorites.

I take it that CAD Lite was well-received and that they did well for themselves, sans Joe and Jacquie? From some of the word I got, Kyle really stepped it up.

This was my first CAD event. So I have nothing to compare other than the CD's. I really enjoyed the CAD lite so I assume that I would have liked the full band better.
So have they split or did those 2 head home early? Kyle kicked @. I was a drummer in HS so I respect what he does. It makes me want to pick up the sticks again.

The photo of Jamesie shows just how hot they get while playing.
By the way, How is there is a celtic concert that happens in
North Carolina that I don't know about?????
I could not have gone anyway as I was out of town. But It would have
made my decision to visit my mom a little harder.
Great potos.

Apparently this was a short notice event. We did not find out about it until the week before.
The good news is that there are plans in the works to make this an annual or 2 times a year if they can pull it off. I am hoping that we can build the attendance to make this thing a regular event as it was a blast.

Doc, I've only had one chance to see CAD, and they had to cancel because of bad weather in NY (couldn't get a flight out), so if you ever hear of them playing in Virginia, within 2oo miles of Richmond, please either PM me or post it on this board. Oh yes, I'm a navy vet, I served on Tin Cans during the Viet Nam thing.

Doc, Joe and Jacquie were at home, taking care of business. They've both had some issues crop up, unexpectedly, and as such had to stay home.
I got to know Kyle at the Indiana Highland Games, earlier this year. The guy is a riot and he definitely plays his heart out.

I am glad to hear that. I was worried. Hopefully next year I can see the full group.

Great photos!
I wish CAD would come this direction. They never seem to make it past the East Coast. :-(

Doc,
Short notice or not, those are great shots!
