    Saffron SWK with Brown

I'm not sure if anyone else has done Saffron with Brown so I'm posting these for good measure.

Saffron SWK with Brown Sweater from the GAP outlet and Hamilton Dry Goods socks (dyed dark brown).

My wife, who is not all that into kilts, actually complimented the outfit today Of course she likes anything dark brown and I could see her eyeing the sweater to see if it would fit her

I have lost more than one article of clothing that way!

The outfit came together really nice and it looks good together!

That's a great combination! I like the saffron between the dark brown sweater and dark brown hose, accented by the dark brown sporran. That really looks quite nice! Casually classy.

That is a very snazzy look. It's a combination of traditional and modern without appearing gaudy.

I wear an oatmeal sweater with my brownish kilt often, so I already like the sweater-with-kilt look.

    Thanks for the pic.

    The outfit really looks good
and my only suggestion is buy another sweater now while you can still find one
Of course she likes anything dark brown and I could see her eyeing the sweater to see if it would fit her
If your wife is anything like mine you've already lost that sweater

I think the look is great. I have been seriously considering the SWK saffron and changing the straps to brown, and getting a brown sporran and belt just so I have a more casual looking kilt.
