Single Malt Scotch Dinner - January 25, 2013
My lovely girlfriend, Andrea, and I before leaving for a scotch-tasting dinner at Kiran's Indian Restaurant in Houston, TX. It was not a true Rabbie Burns Dinner, but the Glaswegian MC included a good many Burns rhymes while describing the six scotches we sampled during the reception and five courses. And, I lived to tell the tale, lads....

If you can tear your eyes away from the cute lady on the right, I'm wearing my Campbell of Breadalbane tartan kilt. It was not a formal dinner, so I wore my black argyll with waistcoat and striped long tie.

You are a lucky man, Jack Daw! I own that I could not tear my eyes from your (cute?) beautiful companion. You're standing in far too bright a light for objective discernment of your Highland habiliments. I can only assume that your proximity, alone, to so dazzling an object bears witness to your admirable qualities. What matters the trappings?
Oh, by the way, your kilt and stuff look great.
John
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

LOL! Yes, my hair is sort of the reverse of the sporran - mostly white with a black streak. (But, the gf likes it!)
