Spur of the moment BBQ

It was such a lovely day Sun we thought we would contact a few good friends and see if they were up for an evening 'short notice' bbq and music session, up in Waterfall Country .. a lot of people were up for it, so we arranged a meeting point and set off in convoy to this little remote spot we know for a 'night out' in the air ... for information .. when we arrived there, there was a chap parked up waiting for someone to come and collect some props that were at the edge of the area we go to ... the two days previous they had been filming some Dr Who scenes there ... anyway ... here are a few pics which I hope will convey the night we had .. after the music session somebody brought a stack of Fireworks ... will try and upload a vid of some of the music and the fireworks in a bit ...

Then the sun started to go down and a quarter moon came out and we started to party good n proper

Wow, Derek, You can sure "conjure" a party up in no time.... and on a sunday night too!!!

Wonky eyesight makes for a wonderfully entertaining, but sometimes bizarre, worldview. Had to click on and expand that picture third-from-the bottom to find out that those ladies had drums and not the worlds largest glasses of Guinness.

Derek: Wonderful pictures (as usual) that tell a story. Reminds me of Bilbo's eleventy-first birthday party. Wish I could have been there to enjoy an ale or two and smoke some Longbottom Leaf.
