St. Andrew's Day in Austin, Tx

In Austin St. Andrew does not fare as well as St. Patrick. There was only one event I could find honoring St. Andrew. The Silver Thistle Pipes and Drums put on a program. It was a beautiful balmy evening and the outdoor venue attracted about 50 guests. I counted a grand total of 6 kilts in the audience.
