SWK Saffron Kilt, Tie, and Flashes

Finally got everything together today. Saffron Kilt, Tie, and Flashes from SWK.
Lovat Green jacket and hose from Scottishkilts.net
    Self-made sporran
Kilt belt and sporran strap from Cavscout.

Wore the outfit to Church on Post today and got a nice comment from a stranger. Later in the PX got another favorable comment from the AAFES general manager, first time he has seen me in the kilt.

Saw Frumious B after that. We talked for a few minutes about kilts (He hasn't posted for awhile, but he's doing OK). Says he's saving up for a Workman's.

Overall, Positive comments 5, Negative comments 0. So a good day.

    RegardsTom

You know you're going to have fifty guys asking where you got the tie!

That sporran in GORGEOUS....that's one mighty fine job you did.

Alan, the Kilt, Tie, and Flashes all came from SWK. Got the tie about a month ago and saw the flashes on their web site about 2 weeks ago. Ordered immediately.

Thanks for the kind words on the sporran. It did turn out nicely.

    Regards,
    Tom
