Tartan Day South Pix
This was the third Tartan Day South Scottish Festival in Cayce (near Columbia) South Carolina. Friday night was the draw for me as it featured the 20th Anniversary of the Celtic Rock group of Seven Nations with the original members of the band.
XMarkers Mark Ellis, Fluter & MC

The next morning I first visited the British Auto Show. Back in the day, I owned a Triumph TR 6 so I always seek them out and drool over them.

Yeah, this would be a helpful mobility device in my latter years. It suited me well as a chick magnet when I was younger! (I wear the kilt, now LOL!)

While there Bill aka Mole found me.

I was surprised at the number of British cars exhibited

I always go by the Caberdancer tent, who has copywrited the name ‘X Marks the Scot’. He was out of my size X Marks the Scot T-shirts, but was proud to display the XMTS Kilt Pin he had designed and made for the previous forum owner Hank Hanna.

No Scottish Festival can be without the Highland Games!

Just a "friendly amendment" to Ern's post here, but this particular badge was given to Hank to the old members of the "Mod Squad" sometime around 2007, if memory serves me correctly.

Thanks, Todd for that information. I thought that was the case. At a Grandfather Mountain Highland Games, Nelson proudly showed me his.
Steve gives his moderators these bronze XMTS Clan Crest badges. Of course members can buy the pewter ones at the XMTS store, but only moderators have the bronze ones.

Yep, the silk dandelions can be purchased to at the XMTS store, too.
