Three New Kilted Cop Photos from Flagstaff Games (Arizona Highland Celtic Festival)
Ya gotta love the spirit of these officers - even if the turnout wasn't "perfect" by kilt police standards.
No flashes, but methinks his tin of dip in his hose top.
Badge as a kilt pin, sgian dubh, and hose turned back down over the tops of his boots....this officer needs a Utilikilt for that look.
No kilt pin, regular sox, but he's wearin' the kilt! Looks like the same tartan as the officer in the first pic.
For what its worth these three officers worked the games. Roudy nasty young men in their cups - wearing pants. Sweet little old lady passed out right in the middle of the gate bottleneck between the two fields but they made sure she was tended to by the paramedics before they'd let anyone squeeze past. They were most vigilant and active, not just décor.
And as the ultimate proof of their effective peacekeeping the Clan Campbell tent and the Clan Donald tent were side-by-side without incident!!

Maybe the two clans got along without fighting because Clan Donald had a wall hanging between the two clan tents!

Yeah, that and they are all sitting facing away from one another in the tents. I see no weapons brandished, so all looks well.
