    Up your kilt...

...JUST NOT MINE, is the slogan emblazoned on the back of the tshirts worn by the waitresses at Doolin's Irish Pub in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I was having a pint there the other day and asked my server if she'd pose for a photo to share with The Rabble, to which she kindly agreed.

We'll be there this Thursday night if you're still around.

Unfortunately, I was only there for a few short days and am now back in Toronto. I'll be returning to Vancouver in December though...

Many years ago I was introduced to a drink called an 'up your kilt.' I played ignorant and let the fellow set me up with one and then another. I said it tasted quite nice. It was what I have enjoyed for more years, a Rusty Nail.
