Finally, we made it to my native province of Prince Edward Island. While we were visit with my parent, my daughter picked up a copy of Anne of Green Gables and began reading. As we were winding up our vacation, we asked her if there was anything else she wanted to see, and she asked to go to the Green Gables National Historic Site, which we obliged. Here is my daughter and I in front of Green Gables House. ( it was a Friday, and so there was a kilt involved). The kilt is a P/V Heritage of Scotland; and I recelived many compliments on the purple.
