This is a funny shot, but it shows how Bethany is really good at achieving "separation" between her hips and her shoulders... This is her heavy weight for distance event.

Roger sets up for the light weight for distance....o1d_dude is taking notes, behind him....

Bethany heaves the womens Open Stone...

Thanks for posting all those great pics. Nice action shots. Congratulations on the hardware. I can't imagine hurling all that weight around, even when I was younger.
Wish I could have attended and watched the events. My brother was there, mostly at the Douglas booth I imagine - guarding the single malts.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
