Let's see what the lasses can do!

    GoodGirlGonePlaid hefts the women's caber..

Mrs. AZ Wildcat pops the women's caber whilst Yours Truly stands in back, ready to be the side-judge (using my hands as a protractor)

Mrs. AZ Wildcat counterbalancing the weight of the hammer with her ponytail!

If you are GGGP'ds kid, and mom tells you that it's time to go to bed, IT'S TIME TO GO TO BED. Besides, there's AZ Wildcat in the back, making sure GGGP does it right.

Great shots Alan, brings back happy memories of watching the heavies at Ventura in 2009. You got me looking back at my old photos to see if I have any pictures of these guys.

Enjoyed those pictures Alan; well done. I also appreciate that you identified who is in them.

Simon Fraser fought as MacShimidh, a Highland chief… wrapped and belted in a plaid over the top of his linen shirt, like his ordinary kinsmen. He put a bonnet on his head, and stuck the Fraser emblem, a sprig of yew, in it. With the battle cry, A'Chaisteal Dhunaidh and the scream of the pipes, they charged to battle.
