You always have fun Derek.
Love the sign. When I was in Wales, I couldn't read any of them.
They were not in english where I was.
Love the "Pub" looks like it is in somebodys house.

Yes a great day for Welsh Rugby. I was following the game on-line. Wow, that is quite a blowout of England's side.

TT ... yep the pub is a small farmhouse and has been kept running now, (as a pub), for 3 generations. Its a great place to chill out ... flagstone floors everywhere, a roaring wood fire and everything is basic ... how a real pub should be ... in the pic that is the only bar. As you say .. it is like being in someones living room. Real ales straight from the barrels too.
Heres a pic of it in the winter. Its tucked away out the back of beyond a bit, but worth the effort to get there. Their homemade grub is delicious too ...

Well done the Welsh!!
Well done, boyos! Aye, bring on the Lions, into the Wallabies den. No that doesn't sound quite right, does it. Got up at 3am on Sunday to check the half-time score of the Brumbies vs Sharks in Durban, quite prepared to go back to bed if it was the usual 'hard day at the office' for Australian provinces visiting the Republic. But no, my team had a 4try BP in the bag and a 26-3 score line, eventually 29-10 at full time, to stay top of the S15.
So, back to the Lions. The NSW flowers (Telopeae speciosissimae) are underperforming as usual, just like they were 12 years ago, but Queensland are more credible these days, and there are the two new franchises in Melbourne and Perth, so it won't be all down to the Brumbies to maul the Lions on the way through to the Super 15 trophy.
But let me assure you, Derek, if I have the opportunity to host Llew in June, he will be an honoured guest and proudly displayed at the mid-week matches I've got tickets for. We respect our roots, and our opposition, and our visitors. Google 'Australian Rugby Choir'. I sing with the 2nd tenors, and such as Rachie and Calon Lan in Welsh are my special favourites. Great fun.
And now, on with the day.
