Of course I'm talking about me Here's Gene Roddenberry (Creator of Star Trek) wearing his kilt.
Well, naturally. Genius must have something to do with lack of pants.
Great pic, but what a shame his (often prophetic) vision of the future didn't include kilt-like garments in the series.
I didn't know Gene Roddenwhat'sit wore a kilt? Casey
It definetly means that kilt wearers are creative!
Glen McGuire A Life Lived in Fear, Is a Life Half Lived.
Great pic, but what a shame his (often prophetic) vision of the future didn't include kilt-like garments in the series. Graham, The Vulcan men were often depicted wearing robes. There were episodes where men wore tunics like on Risa. And I recall a couple of Original Star Trek episodes that took place on a planets patterned after ancient rome -- lots of togas and tunics. I had a vague memory of Scotty wearing a kilt on one episode. I did some more poking around and found out that he did indeed wear a kilt during a formal dinner in the "Return To Tomorrow" episode.
