Your Chauffeur Awaits

Some of you may recall that last November I had spent a day filming for a televised bid for £46,900 for a new sixteen seat accessible community minibus for my home town.

We were unsuccessful with our bid, however other fund raising gathered in sufficient for a more modest vehicle in the form of this Peugeot Utah MPV. The new Peugeot has seating for five passengers and driver, plus two wheelchair spaces and a rear wheelchair lift. It is based on the French Peugeot Boxer van, customised by GM Coachwork of Newton Abbot, Devon, England.

Missed the initial thread but very glad that funding came through for this vehicle to be made. Noble use of your time, and hope it serves it's purpose well.

Shouldn't the title include the word kilted?
But great that Hawick has such a vehicle!
