    Hello All,

A few lines to get to know ya. My name is Jeff and I hail from Pataskala, Ohio.
I am ordering a kilt from Amerikilt tomorrow and wanted to know like minded people here in central Ohio.

I love to ride motorcycles long distances and thats about it on the hobbies. If there are other long distance riders out there, let me know and perhaps we can make an out of town kilt night.

Why do I want a kilt? It easy, they look comfortable and look good on you too. My wife doesn't know what to think about it. I think she'll know when I wear it.

I would like to hear from you guys and especially from the central Ohio guys about kilt night and just hanging around.

I look forward to future posts and get togethers.

Hi, Jeff! First of all, welcome to XMarks! I myself am in a similar spot as you - I recently made the move to the kilted lifestyle. My wife also isn't quite sure what to make of it (especially since I now own 8 kilts, with a tank on order from Kathy Lare, and all since April!). However, she has gotten used to it...I think! :)

I am moving to the Columbus area (specifically Dublin) next weekend, and am looking for the same. I figured Monday nights National Championship game might make for a good Kilt Night, assuming that there are kilties in the area, and that they know a good place to go.

If this sounds good - let me know!

    Welcome aboard,

My little brother has been a motor cop all his adult life, and riden motorcross since grade school, and now is into those 1,000 mile motorcycle rides...

    Makes sense to me. Enjoy.

    :welcome: from Boston, Massachusetts
Enjoy your Amerikilt! I have a green one that is showing it's wear. It is really comfortable, as is my SWK's, Utilikilt basic, 8 homemade kilts, One real wool tank, and a couple of other casual kilts acquired along the way. Your Amerikilt will take quite a beating, mine has. I have two regulars at my church that show up kilted on their Harley-Davidson hard tails, at 11 degrees f.!
