Well, I had a wonderful time in the company of The Scottish Society of Dallas. I was welcomed with open arms and treated like I was a long lost relative. We had a good meal at the Irish Rover with me, my wife, and twin daughters. After having a rousing conversation and drinking a few stouts (and whiskey), we were piped down to the ballpark. The Frisco Rough Riders held their head high and presented us a win. There were more tartans there in sections 116, 117, and 118 than there were non-tartans, almost. It got a little nippy and I was starting to wish for my flask when I realize the game was over.

I would like to publicly thank the Scottish Society of Dallas for their sponsorship of this gathering. Wish I had met more people, though.
