The Dunedin Highlander games are come up on the 7th of April. This was the impetus of my getting my first kilt....and then my second kilt...and my third kilt (on order). I'll be in the 5k run (or in my case run and walk - I'm not proud...or as young as I used to be). Anyone else planning on attending? I still have to post (after taking some) pics so I know I'm still a bit anonymous but if you're planning on being there let me (and I guess everyone else) know. I'd love to share a beer (or a dram - I'll have a flask) with a fellow XMarks member. I have standards though; I only drink in groups of one or more.

Assuming that I'll not post a pic between then and now (lazy) - I'll be the guy with short grey (when the hell did that happen?!?) beard, brown wool cap and in either Black or Brown Watch (only kilts I got so far). Likely to have a Welsh dragon kilt pin on. I'll answer to either Tobin (screen name with an extra "n" and my middle name) or Mark (first name, no extra letters needed).

Clan Wood will be there for both Friday's parade and Saturday's games. This will be our second time having a clan tent at the games. Come by and say hey!

If I didn't live clear on the other side of the state and weren't so broke that I don't have two pennies to rub together, I would be there.
