Please note my edit, try not to have it happen again. It was a good night, though somewhat 'loed'. It surprising how many mistake this kilted reporter as a memeber of the band, to the point of a couple of belligerent drunks complaining to me becase the band stopped playing too early! Mind you I've also had lovely young lasses ask me for me to autograph their cd's
The next Hunting McLeod event in Canada will be the Atlantic Schooners Down East Kitchen Party in Toronto November 22 - 24th. Sounds like a blast with Great Big Sea also performing and a CFL cheerleaders demonstration/competition.
BTW, Fergus veterans, Corey asks that we get one last camping-boozing event going before the year ends. I did mention that Dick has a farm and some llamas!

Hey Grant, next time you talk to Corey and Al, tell 'em that I'm really diggin' Leod-n-Proud. It's their best yet.
Hope you guys had a great time.

Just picked up the CD last night, much of the album has been in their playlist for a while now. They're playing in Florida in January wish I could go but I'm sure Wompet will never let me ino the U.S. without a thorough search by a rather rotund man-hating guard name Bulah .

Hey, Bulah likes men in kilts (so it's a good thing I can't wear one at work).
Leod-n-Proud, eh? I'll have to check their website - their first two albums are regulars in the playlist.
Wish I could have made it last night, but being at work and watching the cars trying to get into Canada, I'm glad I wasn't in that traffic.

If you want I'll sell you my cd autographed by all the band members and the piper that wrote one of the tunes. Only problem is Corey wrote 'To Wanker'. Unless you want to join Team MacWamker amature highland lightweight throwing team along with Corey and Dick, you might not be a Wanker! Or I could just pick up a cd for you, they're only $18 cdn or (get this) more in U.S. funds .

ROFLMAO. There's an image that made me cringe!
Get outta Burlington occasionally, would ya?
HRM = Halifax Regional Municipality. Bedford and South Shore is where I'll actually be.
:)
Hey Gary, make sure he gets the "full treatment" won't you?

We have camping available for everyone, and a large bonfire pit. There is a camper here, which sleeps six, and of course, the barn. Let me know what you are interested in, and I'm sure we can work it out. Perhaps a leisurely kilted stroll through a couple local establishments? Hmmm? (I sense a new thread coming on!)
