Working a PSD gig in the sandbox as a combat medic...Got turned on to this site by a fellow kilted warrior/medic Jaybird (many aka's)...Probably need to take some more time to get used to navigating the forum, but happy to be here just the same.

My background is mostly in public safety, prior HM/FMF, PO/FF/EMT-P, now on OCONUS (2nd year) in Baghdad, Iraq...Looking forward to meeting everyone.

    Welcome
    Alan,

I'm new to the site as well, but old enough that I think I can get away with welcoming you to the site. I'm proud to make your acquaintance.

I was born in Weston, Ontario and believe it or not, my twin was born in Toronto...Just living in Houston, but still 100% Canadian.

Nice to meet you, my twin brother and I were born at East York General, let us know if you are coming to Canada any time, as we have kilt nights all the time and would be able to put something together if you were up here.
