Best Kilted Christmas movies?

Since we are getting close to the holiday season, thinking it is time to discuss a kilted Christmas. What are some of your favourite movies with a Christmas theme that have kilts present? All I can find is mostly Rom-Com Hallmark style productions which we normally don't watch. Hoping to find something different this year.

There are a couple of films which are neither the Christmas tartan rom-com sort, nor the fantasy Highlands, that are rather gloomy winter tales and may be worth watching - again, even if you have already seen them.

Tunes of Glory is a bit dark, but fairly authentic in terms of kilted Jocks c1960, and The Massacre of Glencoe from about ten years later is a docu-drama of the story, and filmed in winter on location in the glen - or at least some scenes were.

The 1971 Kidnapped with Michael Caine is always an easy-watching adventure of chase and escape through post-Culloden Scotland. A good movie to watch on Christmas afternoon as the evening draws in.

Whatever film you chose, make you have a generous supply of single-malt and black bun close to hand.

I do have the two feature films in my collection and have enjoyed both. I agree that Tunes of Glory is not your typical uplifting movie. Still rather good. Was The Massacre of Glencoe the '72 production with James Justice?
