Ah-ha! Gerry. You made it at last! What took you so long?
Welcome to "X Marks....." - any friend of Hamish is a friend of mine!
Having known you for a number of years as a good pal, who also happens to be kilted as often as possible, I am pretty certain you will be very much at home here. What I did not tell you, however, is that we are all eccentrics to a degree - some rather more so than others ......... as I say, you will be at home here!!!
Perhaps, Gerry, you would like to stand up and tell everyone something about yourself and your kilts and, before long, show us some of your photographs. (No! No! Not THOSE photographs . The ones of you in your kilts are what I had in mind!! )

Thank You
Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. As Hamish said, I suppose we all have our excentricities! Anyway, I will sort out my pictures and post something suitable. It may not be for a couple of weeks as I am off to sunny Spain for a short break. No promises, but I may be kilted for at least part of the time so will let you know how I get on.
Best wishes,
Gerry
