    My brothers funeral..

Not a shining moment, but I was kilted to honor him as he and I were very much into our family history..
Here is a pic of my wife and I before we left.. I tried with no luck to find a kilt hire to rent an Argyle coat.. Oh well, I did the best I could with what I had. I even wore his kilt pin with the Murray crest that he liked. (The Mermaid)

I hope to soon post some pics of myself and the piper we had for my brother.. (He would have been proud).

    Paul,

I can only add my own condolences. I am tearing up because of the death of my uncle this past week and knowing how my father and his other brother grieved. My heart goes with you and I am sure that your brother will be proud of your respect.

I'll add my condolences too. It's never a pleasant thing to have to say a final good bye to close family members, most especially a sibling.

Grace and peace to your family. Don't worry about the coat, You honored him and the heritage that he loved.

What a fitting tribute to your brother, just by being yourself and wearing his Kilt pin, indeed an honor.

You did well, despite the lack of jacket, Paul.

Peace to you & yours during this difficult time.
