I think Steve has other things in mind right now that are a bit more important, like his mother in law's surgery.

The web guy says he is ready to launch. The hosting company just needs to throw the switch. Whatever that means.
Must be a rather small switch. Hard to find. Or perhaps it is hidden under the pile of candy wrappers and soda cans on the geeks' desk. I don't know about these things. I just design the thing and provide the pics and text.

Never underestimate the value of someone who know just exactly which tiny switch to throw.

Those tiny switches are always considered trivial, until YOU are the one that needs the switch thrown and you don't know how.

OK, OK, the switch was actually one of those really big ones. It seems that it took three geeks to throwl it. Good thing it wasn't a light bulb.

    We're up and running.

I love it. Can't wait for some of the other new items to come online. I've got to admit that I was a bit confused by the measuring instructions. Wow, I'm glad that I often just have myself measured for things. Until I read the bottom part with the real-life pictures I was thinking "insert tab a into slot b while wrapping around spindle c but without impinging the motion of sprocket d"

This is slightly off topic, but I used to work in a chemical plant as an instrument tech. There was an older guy who was there when I first joined the shop who was training me on the laboratory instruments. One day we got a call, that the DK-2 (a photospectrometer) had quit working and was urgently needed to run some important samples. I accompanied the old guy to the lab so I could learn about the instrument. We arrived and he opened the sample compartment and looked inside. Then he looked at the two different wavelength lamps. Finally, he raised one corner of the instrument about 3 inches and dropped it. The instrument immediately went back to operating normally. The astonished lab tech looked and said, "what do I need you for, I could dropped it". The old instrument tech replied, "because I know how high to lift it before I drop it". and we left.
