X-Kilt, in MacSpey Hunting Ancient...

I finally got around to finishing this X-Kilt last week. It's my fourth such effort, and the best yet. As you can see in the piccy, I have discovered the ancient Chinese secret of side slash pocket construction. There's also an under-apron pocket, a la Pittsburgh.

Next fall whilst stalking the mighty elk, I shall be invisible... at least from waist to knees.

I have never been good with needle & thread. I admire those that are. Have you made others for yourself?

I remain amazed at those with the talent to sew up a kilt, for themselves, or for the masses....

Maybe because it takes me ten minutes to thread a needle and if I try to weild it there's soon blood flowing.
