    Lawrence of Arabia

I watched the movie Lawrence of Arabia the other night. Well, actually I watched it over two nights, as it's a long movie. Anyway, in part two there is a quick scene of a kilted regiment, piper and all marching through. Probably the Blackwatch, but the scene is rather quick, and I wouldn't really now how to identify the Blackwatch other than by their tartan.

    Anyone else see this?

Darn! I bought the DVD in my local Tesco but had to return it because disc 2 wouldn't play and they didn't have any more in stock!

Just a point of clarification, it is The Black Watch, two words.

I remember the scene, where Colonel Clayton joins Gen Allenby in the touring car on the "push" to Damascus -- the Highlanders in question were wearing Red Hackles on their solar toppees/pith helmets, so it was most likely the Black Watch. I'll have to break out my DVD of "Lawrence" and watch that scene again.

    Cheers,

    Todd
