Indi Light Blue Denim from Union Kilts
Kilt #15 arrived today, along with the Jeans style belt.
Ann signed for the delivery while I was away.
Had a long day in court and not home till after dark, so just a couple of shots in the conservatory of the trial fit of new kilt and new belt. Having found the size 40 in the Hunter Green Camo a good fit on my 39" waist, I would have ordered the denim in size 40 but for the fact that the largest size listed was a 38. I thought it might be quite tight, but to my favourable surprise the denim kilt is very generously sized and indeed needs the belt to help it stay up. First time I've owned a denim garment since I was a teenager; I owned a pair of jeans when I was a teenager but denim has never really been my style. However evrybody seems to wear denim nowadays so I thought I'd give this a go.

Just an old shirt which happens to sort of blend with the kilt.

and a back view.

Love the kilt, love the shirt. They go well together, not sure about the hose though a little sheer for my taste and should also be blue. Just my 2p. Feel free to tell me to take a hike.

That's a good looking Kilt, I've been thinking of getting a Denim Kilt as my next one. The shirt looks good too.

A print shirt and a denim kilt, I like it!

I've found that black hose are difficult to photograph without appearing sheer. I have a pair of black acryli-blend hose that are dark and solid as can be. But, you get a camera flash and they look like men's dress socks. I assume this is the case with Alex's hose here...

I happened to be already wearing these black hose, from Brewins of Leicester, having worn them with my black heavyweight kilt in court all day, and I hadn't previously perceived them as being particularly thin until I saw this photo - as Bradley suggests, the effect may have been caused by the camera flash.
