The gents at Killarney's last night were decked out in their Sportkilts so I asked when they were gona have a kilt night. The manager replied that they are planning to have one soon ("before the end of the year") and it'll likely be on a Sunday evening with Celtic music. Fridays and Saturdays the crowd in there would be much rowdier (kilts lifted, fights started) so he's aiming for a more "refined" audience.
