Kilt and whisk(e)y story

I don't know what's going on, but I see kilts more and more often in media in Slovenia, which is good.

Today morning I found article talking briefly about Canadian Club whiskey in Winsdor (Halifax) and relations to Scotch whisky. On photo, you can see town Halifax and the smart dressed man.
