This past weekend was the Minnesota Irish Fair, and I had a great time. I was there to promote and talk about the Young Ambassador Program I just completed in Northern Ireland and I wore my Irish saffron all day. As a participant, I got into the VIP tent which included free beer and finger food! As if that wasn't enough, I met Dave King from Flogging Molly before he went on to perform! Definitely a great day of free beer, amazing food, good friends, and the best craic I've had since Ireland.
