Legitimate new members?

I noticed today a number of odd names in "today's visitor's" list.

exhaviece
FaxMaxoo
coccawliploro
QMMaRicharD

for instance -

Curiously, all but one I examined joined today. I gather these are some sort of spam accounts? A couple even had avatars.

Should we be concerned?
