Kiltman and Mrs. Kiltman go over the Spokane Falls

Well, we went over the Spokane Falls in a gondola. Mrs Kiltman found this really good deal with the Spokane Parks Department call "ride, dine & wine". Now who could resist that? We didn't and here are some pics. They were all taken by Mrs Kiltman in the gondola except the one of the two of us that was taken by a former student of mine who just happened to be working for the Parks Department. At dinner yet another student of mine was the waitress. It seems Mrs. Kiltman and I are recognized everywhere in Spokane.

Well done the both of you! OK I have got to ask,my USA geography is more than a little hazy! What is the name of the river in the picture? Being a fisherman I tend to navigate by rivers.

Excellent pics, that looks like a great adventure.
My late father visited those falls while he was on leave from military service in Canada in 1942 and I still have a few old black and white pics from his collection.

Must be big gondolas to dine and ride unless they give you a packet of sandwiches.

Now that's not something you see every day; what a great idea. Was it as much fun as it looks?

I'm with you, StNick. I was visualizing a barrel.
