I saw her in a solo concert once and she was just as spellbinding as with the group.
Apropos to a forum about attire PP&M were entertainers who respected their audience by not dressing down on stage.
I had a friend who worked backstage at a PP&M concert. For an evening show they arrived in the morning and then rehearsed for most of the afternoon and then again for an hour before show time.
Thorough preparation and warm-up as more respect for their audience.
Peter and Paul gave a tribute performance to Mary a few weeks ago at Wolftrap which I was unable to attend. This morning when I heard the news I thought how fitting it was that they were able to do so before she died.

Last saw the three of them at Ravinia on the occasion of Mary's 60th birthday. Some of the puff had gone out of the magic dragon but they were still good.
RIP Mary.

In a democracy it's your vote that counts; in feudalism, it's your Count that votes.
How eerie and sad to see them singing with John Denver. May she rest in peace, knowing that she will be long remembered for raising her beautiful voice for peace and justice all her life.
