One of my friends from Seattle says she saw a whole bunch of guys in kilts there...did you see her? She was the one with the dogs pulling the scooter or sulky depending on the time of day.

I thought for a moment it may have been the kilted mob I was with, but most likely not being that we were out and about on Capitol Hill and not Queen Anne..
