Haven't seen a post on the Foothills Highland Games this Saturday in Hendersonville NC.

Last of the season in North Carolina. Will I be the only one there???

I usually go, but I can't this year. The Foothills Games are one of the smaller games, but I quite like them. I hope the weather is good for those who can go.

I put up a thread saying I won't be there, either, and this was going to be my first year going. Maybe next year.

I went last year and I thought it was pretty nice, but the band got invited to play at Clemson so we're doing that instead.

I was there last year and was looking forward to going again, but it looks like a family commitment will keep me away. I'm sure that those of you that make it will have a good time.

Got into town a couple of hours ago, and plan to be there in the morning. I think I'll be wearing Maple Leaf (SURPRISE!) and will be being led around by my boxer who shall be wearing Dress Barclay.
