Woke up this morning to a leaking boiler, no heat or hot water.
While grumbling about my situation and waiting for the boiler guy, I logged on and read this.
Thanks, it couldn't have come at a better time.

Despite the fact that we occasionally grumble, this is why Canadians like Americans. Great story!

This story was big news here at the time it happened. The man is a True American Hero. Unlike the airline; the airline needs an a@@kicking.

Hey, let's thank this guy, and complain to the airline

Does anyone know how to get this guy's email, or can anyone think of a way for XMarkers to reach out to this guy to thank him without exposing him publicly? Furthermore, does anyone have the airline President's email, so XMarkers can blast him/her over this? Just some thoughts...

    Why blast the airline?

The one employee who took her to the wrong terminal was certainly to blame but there's very little an airline can do about such incidents.

That is a great little story. it's nice to know there are gentlemen out there still.
