    New Kilt Pin

Played around in the shop this AM trying to make a kilt pin for formal occasions. I saw one recently that was a drinking horn that I like and after looking through the ivory I decided the best I could make would be some type of snuff horn. Not sure about it. It is ivory, sterling, onyx, and pearl.
    What do you think?

    Awesome!
Scotland is only 1/5 the size of Montana, but Scotland has over 3,000 castles and Montana has none.

    Re: New Kilt Pin

Thanks fellas. I noticed some white stuff in the pics and it turned out I left some dried polish on it so I gave it one more good buffing Wanted more of a curve but ivory has a way of deciding what to do all by itself. This stuff was the fossilized stuff so no live animals were hurt within the last 10,000 years to make this pin.
