    niagara celtic heritage festival and highland games

    Thought i would share some pictures of these games... Don't have too many... too busy working my friends booth.
    It was great to see Clan Claus again!

    Great pictures. The young man giving a thumbs up in the third or fourth picture, what does one call that jacket he is wearing. He is very well put together...I'd like tonget something similar for my little kilted counterpart (my son is 6).

    That is known as a "cape"! The kid is a member of my reenactment group, and honestly capes are not generally regarded as part of historic Highland dress, at least for males. It was breezy and chilly at the event at times, and I believe the young fellow appropriated part of his sister's wardrobe...!
