    My first Haggis!

I just put my first haggis in the pot! Since it is a haggis from Montana, I used 3 pounds of Ground Lamb, 2 pounds of Bison, and 1 pound of Beef Liver. There are 3 mini-bottles of Single-malt in the gravy. I'll post some photos in about 4 hrs. Hope this works.
Scotland is only 1/5 the size of Montana, but Scotland has over 3,000 castles and Montana has none.

Good on you. Mouth-watering. Did you put oats and onions in with the meat when you baked it?
