Arrived home to a package on the kitchen counter. My very own Mackie bonnet and yes it happened as here is the pre jocking photo.



Of course I plan to get right on to the jocking process asap. Being a professional trapper and not having a suitable burn available I shall select the nastiest available beaver swamp to do the deed.

Now for the low. I thought I had found a great price on a pair of brogue boots online and placed an order. After two weeks I sent an email requesting delivery and tracking info. The mail came back undelivered and the store website account has been suspended. So a dispute has been filed with paypal.

I guess you take the good with the bad.

I only wish I were back home in Alabama. Then it would be going to my namesake warrior river. I just need to be sure I'm not wearing the thing when it takes it's maiden plunge. I've floated more than one hat that way in my time. LOL
