    Greeting from Japan

    I am glad to be in this board. I got my first real Scotts made Bagpipes. I practice almost everyday. The next step is to get a kilt and act like a real piper. I need a kilt, but know nothing about it. So I have joined and try to figure out how to get my kind of kilt. I may ask a lot of dumb questions but bear with me.
