Looking for a place to buy a Military Piper's Plaid

I'm a Firefighter Piper here in Florida and I'm looking for an authentic Seaforth Piper's Plaid or reproduction to match and go with my vintage Seaforth kilt in order to complete my full dress uniform. Can you guys and gals point me in the right direction? I looked at buying the cheaper MacKenzie acrylic one, but the colors are too bright/light and not as dark when it comes to the greens and blues. Thanks.

A good site i seen was Kiltsandmore.com they do full number 1 outfits. Not to sure if it has the right tartan or if the price is right. Seems a bit expensive for a plaid.

I had a look at their site and the Mackenzie Seaforth looks more like the modern colours.

Kinloch Anderson http://www.kinlochanderson.com/tartan/MacKenzie have a tartan that looks more like my Military Seaforth in heavyweight 18 oz. It's the last tartan on the page at the URL I've given.

I think you would, or get a local kiltmaker to source it for you, unless you were to make your own. Finding the Military Seaforth variant is the hard part!

I just got this reply from an inquiry I sent about the tartan in question.

    Dear Mr Seneca
Thanks for getting in touch with us. We do not offer the service of pipers plaid ordering online but we can make them.
Using the MacKenzie Seaforth regimental tartan the price of the plaid will be £470.00. I believe that the plaid can be either pleated to the line or to the sett and we would normally use 3.70mts (double width) of material. We would need to know your chest size and your height.
If you wish to proceed with an order please let us know your billing and delivery address and we can get in touch with you regarding payment.
    Kind regards
    Joanna
