Thumbs up Show Us Your Repp/School/Club/Regimental Tie!

Let's have some pics, shall we? Neck ties showing affiliation to a group are the perfect complement to the symbolism of a tartan kilt. Such affiliations are many: school, regiment/unit, club, band, etc.

    Here are the suggestions:

    1. Fresh pics only, please. Anything taken after May 1st, 2015 will do.
    2. Post two pics: one of the whole outfit (show the kilt!) and a closer shot of the tie.
    3. Tell us what the tie represents.

This look is particularly common with THCD, but let's not restrict this thread. Show us your repp tie with any type of outfit that you like, whether it be historical, traditional, contemporary, modern or something else

Don't have an affiliation but still want to contribute? Consider an Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) tie. Proceeds go to support The Soldier's Charity (U.K.) and they are available in silk or polyester.

I'll start. Here's me wearing an ABF tie, which I wore to Tartan Tuesday earlier this month.

Ah, that is what it is. Well done - and I didn't notice the knot. Very nice.

Thanks, Ryan. I used a trinity knot on my ABF, which I think adds a bit of flair without changing the generally classic profile

Well I'm not one for cameras but my tie list is quite long,
Open university graduate , dark grey blue white and gold stripes plus OU logo, still have the undergraduate tie some where as well.
    RAF issue tie ,plain black,
RAF tie, large dark blue and large maroon, thin light blue, diagonal stripe.
Old school tie, dark green, yellow thin diagonal stripe,
Horning Sailing club tie, dark blue, with the club flag ( mostly red) on it, and the flag has on it the badge of St Benet's abbey.
Snowflake Sailing Club, light blue with... A snowflake on it in white.
Yeoman and Kinsman Class Association, Red and Yellow Diagonal Stripes (international code flag Y) (also similar to the MCC) Well I am class chairman and will Be wearing my kilt when I stand down this year.
Tornado ADV , mid grey with a Tornado ADV on it,
Tornado Radar, dark grey , with a foxhunter radar on it.
Green goddess, (first firemens strike), dark green with a goddess of the female Indian type not an old fire engine!
Falkland islands, blue embossed with a map of the islands in green. And it says Falkland islands underneath the map.
Poppy tie, Earl Haig Fund, dark blue, red poppies.
And of course a Royal Stewart Tartan tie.
Those are the ties that mean something to me there are several others of various groups or organisations, plus dozens of meaningless ties

Not their current regimental tie, the thin blue stripe in the wide red (which differentiates it from the Royal Engineers colours) is grey-blue in the newer Canadian Military Engineers ties.

Well I'm out. I don't have any photos of myself of any sort that recent.

Well, now you have an excuse to kilt up and get some new pics! Besides, all too often someone starts a brand new thread and we get a bunch of pics that have been posted many times before

I believe @Nathan has one of those too? Is that the Canadian pan-Highland regimental tie?
