I'm new to the site. I hope to learn lots about kilting from you bunch of fine gentleman. And who knows I might even get to meet a few.

Greetings, from across the country. I've been here about 6-7 weeks, so far it's been informative & enjoyable.

I think it’s supposed to be a piper, but that’s okay too.

Well met Dave. Glad to have you here with us. I'd like to hear how you feel about the differences in your utility kilt and your tartan. Others have asked the same question and you may give a new perspective needed for a new member to consider when buying their first kilt.

My mistake. I am more sleep deprived than I thought. The project at hand, has me looking at photos of violins.

I love my utility Kilt. The first time I wore it I was hooked. As for my tartan I have yet to wear it. I just ordered it and have not received it yet, but Im excited for it to get here.
