It's autumn in Socal

well almost. It started pleasant at oak glen but then got hot. Some of the trees are turning. The apples were sweet and hard. The disappointing thing was I was shooting the Scottish stones of strength last weekend (see highland competitions and festivals)and wasn't able to go and the Candy Crisp apples were finally ripe but they only had so many and they were out this week. The honey crisps and fujis were great but still candy crisps are heavenly.
